A CRM built for the Coopérative Carbone, which funds local de-carbonization projects around La Rochelle: it tracks contributions and certifies donors.
What I built
Three connected parts:
- Back office: the coop references projects, documents, and donations.
- Donor front: certificates and updates on the projects they funded.
- Payment API: contributions from websites and online stores.
On top, fine-grained access so the coop, certifiers, and finance each see only their part.
Results
- 71+ projects followed.
- A single record of projects, actors, documents, and money.
Problems
The complexity of carbon-credit projects and financing, plus a rights model where each actor only touches its own slice.
