For Paris 2024, Visa came back to French advertising after 10+ years, putting window stickers in every shop that takes the card. I built the platform that deployed and tracked the rollout across greater Paris, live.
What I did
A three-sided web app:
- Field app for 40 installers: daily routes, photo proof, merchant data.
- Ops back office: live tracking, installer performance, data QA.
- Visa live report: interactive map, per-shop photos, KPIs, shared in real time to feed their CRM mid-campaign.
I owned the full build. In the field 2.5 weeks after winning the RFP.
Results
- 10,000+ shops equipped
- 18,000+ field photos
- 21,000+ visuals distributed
Won on real-time tracking Visa had in no other market, opening talks to roll it out abroad.
Problems
The long tail: thousands of independent storefronts with messy, inconsistent data, kept accurate live while dozens work the streets at once.
