A platform built for OOH Insight, a company measuring who sees outdoor advertising: out-of-home and digital out-of-home, starting with ads on cars.
What I built
An audience-measurement pipeline:
- Tracking: GPS via ad apps, estimating who passed each support.
- Reports: complete audience numbers, mobile then static and digital.
- Profiles: how many saw it, and what population.
- Retargeting: reach those viewers again via online ads.
Plus a benchmark to compare every campaign in a city.
Results
- Audience reports where there were none before.
- Built for XXL formats, especially in Paris.
Problems
Turning indirect, uneven GPS data into audience numbers advertisers will trust and present to their clients.
