OOH MY AD is the platform a Lyon company uses to sell tactical ad supports, the unconventional kind like bread bags and posters at shop entrances.
What I built
One platform, three stages:
- Sales: quotes by support, duration, and price, plus commerce search per city.
- Logistics: organize rounds, run deployment, follow it through.
- Analysis: post-campaign reports on the audience reached.
It runs the whole thing, from a salesperson's first quote to the final report.
Results
- Still online and serving heavily.
- Covers sales, logistics, and analytics end to end.
Problems
Encoding a company's value and evolving workflows into one CRM, while integrating third parties for commerce search, route building, and external pricing.
