Tapage Médias was a platform for running guerilla marketing operations — coordinating the people, locations, and logistics behind unconventional, on-the-ground campaigns.
What I did
Built it through Native Media: tools to plan field operations, assign teams to locations, and track what happened on the ground. The work was bringing structure to campaigns that are deliberately scrappy and fast-moving.
Results
Gave a guerilla marketing operation a system to plan and coordinate field campaigns instead of running them purely by hand. Now archived.
Problems
Field operations are chaotic by nature — last-minute changes, distributed teams, patchy reporting from the ground. Building software disciplined enough to help without slowing the campaign down is the tension at the heart of it.
