Territoria is a CRM for political offices: it organizes the work of the assistants who manage elected officials, from senators to administrative departments.
What I built
Everything a political office runs on, in one CRM:
- Contacts: a directory of elected officials and all their details.
- Outreach: email campaigns to the right people.
- Events: tracking of who attended what.
- Follow-up: files, follow-ups, and follow-up emails per contact.
The point was to fit how a cabinet actually works, not a generic sales CRM.
Results
- Used live by 10+ clients.
- Teams from 5 to 20 people.
- One system in place of scattered files and inboxes.
Problems
- Handling sensitive political contact data responsibly.
- Matching each cabinet's specific workflows.
